  • Acquire new B2B/B2C clients in logistics, e-commerce, courier, express delivery, and supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key escalation point for regional accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/BD Managers to ensure target achievement.
  • Identify market opportunities through competitor mapping (Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, etc.) and implement winning strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations team and customized logistics solutions (first-mile, last-mile, express, warehousing, reverse logistics).
  • Monitor sales pipeline, closures, client retention, and revenue growth at the zonal level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
