Agay Barho seeks a motivated Sales Executive with 1 year of experience to develop business opportunities and strengthen client relationships within the logistics and cargo industry. This position requires hands-on engagement with wholesalers, distributors, and traders, focusing on the import services sector between China and Pakistan. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer relationship management skills, excellent presentation abilities, and comprehensive product knowledge in B2B field sales, particularly in the logistics domain. Working closely with internal teams, the Sales Executive ensures seamless communication, timely follow-ups, and effective coordination to meet client needs and drive business growth.

The role involves extensive market outreach, including regular visits to wholesale markets and trading hubs to identify potential clients and understand their logistics requirements. This position demands a proactive, target-oriented professional who can manage multiple Responsibilities

independently without managing a team. The Sales Executive maintains accurate records of sales activities, shipping details, and revenue, providing regular reports on progress and challenges to management. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and familiarity with sea cargo imports, freight pricing, and delivery duty paid services is highly desirable for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach wholesalers, distributors, and traders requiring import logistics services between China and Pakistan.
  • Generate new business opportunities through active market visits, leveraging referrals and existing professional networks.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct frequent field visits to wholesale markets, trading centers, and industrial areas to understand customer needs and present appropriate logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with pricing, operations, and customer support teams to coordinate client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Perform timely follow-ups with clients and internal departments to maintain effective communication and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, sales conversions, shipment statuses, and generated revenue to monitor business performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities, encountered challenges, and overall achievements to senior management.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and resolve client inquiries satisfactorily.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong market awareness and a results-driven approach.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of freight forwarding, sea cargo imports, pricing structures, and shipment processes to support client discussions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of import/export logistics and related services to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
