Logistics-Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow logistics and freight forwarding business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight, customs procedures, and logistics services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,328.68 - ₹57,645.24 per month
