Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow logistics and freight forwarding business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight, customs procedures, and logistics services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
