Logistics / Shipment Coordinator (FedEx Handling – Night Shift)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Logistics / Shipment Coordinator to handle FedEx shipments and logistics operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain FedEx shipment records
• Track shipments and monitor delivery status
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal departments
• Make professional follow-up calls to customers/partners
• Maintain accurate shipment logs and reports

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and calling skills
• Previous experience in logistics / courier / shipping industry preferred
• Good computer handling and data entry skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
