Job purpose:

To foresee the movement of goods / products / services between the warehouse and customers

Key Duties and Responsibilities/Missions

• Will be responsible for overall logistics related activities in secondary logistics
• Will be responsible for working out an optimized warehouse management system
• Responsible for Liasoning with cross functional team’s sales, supply chain & external vendors
• Responsible for finished goods management (Warehouse & Stock management) including daily stock report, damages , expiries across all location
• Responsible for FIFO, Reconciliation between 3PL’s and company
• Liasoning with local sales Team for establishing end to end hassle free product Movement to customers
• Monitoring the TAT [Turn Around time] & OST [ Order to service time ]
• Ensure coordination between sales ,3PL & billing team for on time indent and dispatches
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of truck load factor and documentation
• Track the delivery and POD’s
• Ensure all the freight reports and stock reports reported as target dates

JOB SPECIFICATION

Profile:

1) Should be able to do coordinate across all CFA/3PL locations for secondary logistics and warehouse management

2) Well versed in Tally and excel

3) Cross Functional Coordination and Lead secondary logistics a

4) Educational Qualification: Any degree / MBA added advantage

5) Years of Experience: 3 Years Experience / Fresher

6) Should know Hindi

Challenge:

Ability to manage optimum stock level, minimizing out of stock & achieve OTIF, secondary dispatches , coordination with 3PL’s (External)
