Logistics Specialist

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Preferably in Industrial Engineering)
• 2 or 3 years of logistics operations experience preferably in retail & e-commerce sectors,
• Experience in 3PL company management,
• Strong business acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking,
• Excellent command in English both written & spoken,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for logistics operations of fashion and beauty brands,
• Responsible for coordination and solution on the system integration problems,
• Preparing and presenting of periodical logistics performance reports to brands,
• Monitoring warehouse & transportation activities such as inventory controls, inbound, and outbound operations’ procedures to ensure quality and quantity,
• Reporting the performance of 3PL companies in micro based parameters via logistics report sets,
• Featuring active role in budget management, cost analysis, and financial reporting,
• Determining and applying cost saving projects,
• Responsible for process setup/revise and management of logistics infrastructure for current-new retail/e-commerce operations,
• Tracking and supporting the audit process,
• Monitoring micro activities & metrics like productivity, efficiency etc. and setting improvement actions continuously,
• Featuring active role in tender management periods,
• Following up the innovation and improvement opportunities related with supply chain/logistics and digital platforms,
• Establishing logistics costs and operational process for posibble new brand launches.
