Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods, maintain accurate documentation, and support overall logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems accordingly.
• Support inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
