What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Ensuring efficient, timely, and cost‑effective logistics operations by managing stock levels, coordinating transportation processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strengthening ETi’s supply chain performance through on‑time deliveries, risk reduction, and operational excellence.

What We Expect from You?

• Logistics Specialist role is 11 months post within in the logistics team.
• To monitor daily field inventory levels and take action for stock deviations below minimum or above maximum thresholds.
• To identify and report significant variances from demand plans and align with sales forecasting teams.
• To manage daily shipment planning from Eskişehir Logistics Center (ELM), including ATP execution and transport optimization via TM systems.
• To maintain and update key master data in TM systems to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• To oversee transportation activities, resolve deviations, manage unplanned shipments, and drive cost and efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance.

• If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
• If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations,
• If you have experience or strong awareness in stock management, transportation planning, and logistics coordination,
• If you have advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and preferably SAP modules such as SNP, S4Hana, or TM,
• If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
