Overview
Responsible for coordinating daily and monthly dispatch operations and ensuring fleet availability according to the dispatch plan shared by the Dispatch Planner, including arranging vehicles as per the preferred truck size requirements. The role involves maintaining communication with 3PL partners, Finished Goods Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely lifting and dispatch of finished goods. It also includes monitoring vehicle movements, maintaining logistics dashboards, managing freight accruals and 3PL invoice reconciliation, preparing shipping documents when required, and ensuring compliance with EHS and food safety standards.
Responsibilities

Manage daily and monthly dispatch planning shared with 3PL and execution to ensure timely movement of finished goods (FG).

Maintain effective communication and coordination between 3PL companies, Finished Goods Warehouse (FG WH), and Customer Service (CS) to ensure timely FG lifting and dispatch.

Develop and monitor Service Level KPIs with 3PL partners and share performance reports with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Prepare monthly freight accruals while ensuring data accuracy above 97%.

Manage receipt, verification, and reconciliation of 3PL invoices on a monthly basis and submit them to the Finance department according to the payment cycle.

Develop and maintain a daily logistics dashboard, including fleet utilization and dispatch performance reporting.

Arrange vehicles in accordance with the approved daily dispatch plan.

Monitor vehicle movements, including incoming and outgoing log sheets, to maintain accurate dispatch records.

Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and Food Safety requirements during logistics and dispatch operations.

Support shipment operations by preparing shipping documents and pick slips during the absence of the Shift Incharge / Shipment Supervisor or during periods of high workload.
