Job Summary

The Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales and return orders, monitoring delivery status, and supporting stock transfers between warehouses. The role ensures that logistics operations run smoothly and that orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on Sales Orders and Return Orders from system entry until final delivery or closure.
• Track and monitor deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched and received on time.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements.
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to resolve delivery or logistics issues.
• Ensure all logistics transactions are properly documented and updated in the system.
• Prepare basic reports related to order status, deliveries, and stock movements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or coordination roles.
• Basic understanding of inventory and order management processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow up on tasks and manage multiple activities.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
