Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and F&B storage regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
2. Staff Management
- Lead and supervise warehouse assistants and logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Create shift schedules and assign daily tasks effectively.
- Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are strictly followed, especially for perishable items.
4. Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate timely and accurate deliveries to outlets/customers across locations.
- Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
- Track shipments and troubleshoot any delivery delays or issues.
5. Cost Control & Optimization
- Monitor logistics costs and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Optimize storage space, routes, and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, F&B handling standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain proper records for stock movements, delivery logs, and vendor coordination.
- Submit timely reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and dispatch schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in the F&B industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator-level role.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, cold storage requirements, and food safety standards.
