Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end warehouse operations and logistics for RM and FG, ensuring timely availability of materials, efficient inventory control, and seamless dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of RM, consumables, and FG
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper stacking/storage protocols
• Plan and execute dispatches as per customer schedules
• Monitor logistics partners for timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Implement safety, 5S, and lean practices in warehouse operations
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile variances
• Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and material flow

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial warehouse/logistics
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of statutory compliance (e.g., E-way bills, GST)
