Logistics & Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics & Warehouse Executive to join our logistics team. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing stock, overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure the timely movement of goods.
• Work closely with the production and operations departments to plan shipments and ensure on-time delivery aligned with production schedules.
• Plan for future shipments and coordinate the proper staging of materials in the warehouse on a shipment-wise basis to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory, monitor shipments, and generate required documentation (e.g., barcode, DC, invoices, shipping documents)
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues or delays to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods promptly.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage operational challenges, and develop an effective warehouse management mechanism/system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience in Warehouse & Logistics Operation.
• Bachelors in Business Administration or minimum Graduate.
• Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
• Age requirement: 32 to 36 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
