Logistics & Warehousing Manager

We are supporting an early-stage mobility business in Dubai that is building and scaling a new electric vehicle operation across the UAE.

As the business moves from proof-of-concept into commercial deployment, they are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Operations Manager to take ownership of inventory, warehouse operations, logistics coordination and service operations.

This is not a traditional warehouse role and it is not a pure shipping position.

The successful candidate will sit at the centre of operations and own the movement of bikes and components from inbound delivery through assembly, deployment, servicing and return.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations across inbound, assembly, testing, storage and deployment

• Manage inventory visibility and asset tracking across warehouse and deployed fleet

• Coordinate inbound shipments, freight partners, customs and logistics providers

• Develop and improve warehouse processes, reporting and inventory controls

• Support servicing and maintenance operations for deployed bikes

• Coordinate movement of assets between customers, warehouse and service activity

• Work with internal teams to improve inventory systems and operational tracking

• Build scalable processes to support rapid business growth

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience across warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or supply chain

• Strong operational ownership and willingness to remain hands-on

• Experience improving processes rather than simply operating existing ones

• Exposure to inventory systems, warehouse tracking or asset management tools

• UAE experience strongly preferred

• Experience in mobility, fleet operations, logistics, service operations or asset-heavy environments is advantageous
