Looking for IT Specialist

Job Description:

• Maintain and improve the technical systems of a company.
• To ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain highly confidential and safe.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot any computer and technical problems.
• Install, configure, and test new hardware and software including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Keep records of software licenses, warranties, and inventory of IT equipment.
• Excellent in writing, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• With a bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in the field relevant to IT support role.
• Valid ID and transferable sponsorship is a must.
• English and Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
