Job Description:
- Maintain and improve the technical systems of a company.
- To ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain highly confidential and safe.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot any computer and technical problems.
- Install, configure, and test new hardware and software including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
- Keep records of software licenses, warranties, and inventory of IT equipment.
- Excellent in writing, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- With a bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the field relevant to IT support role.
- Valid ID and transferable sponsorship is a must.
- English and Arabic is a plus
