Loss Preventor Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Loss Preventor Specialist, will be responsible for Ensuring compliance of company policies, procedures and practices to prevent potential losses that could be occurred in the business due to manipulation or fraud
Duties and responsibilities
Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures.
Ensuring practices to prevent potential losses.
CCTV monitoring to maintain safety and security
Prepares an accurate monthly store risk register on timely manner.
Performs a store visit to cover the essential monthly store visit activities.
Monitors the stores performance by performing weekly/ monthly store performance analysis for the assigned area to identify the suspicious transactions on the system which need to be investigated.
Attend the investigations with HR for the discovered cases and provide all the required information and supporting document.
Update the weekly/monthly risk elements reports.
Perform LP activities for other business units if needed (such as supply center/warehouse)
Submitted the code for conduct on ERP
Required Qualifications
University / Bachelor's degree
Language Proficiency
English: Excellent
List of Knowledge, Skills Required:
Experience in Loss prevention, QSR, F&B, Retails
Deadline-Oriented, Time Management and Attention to Details
Policy and procedure understanding and compliance
Observation and critical thinking skills are vital
