About the Role:
The LPL Investment Services Registered Administrative Associate provides support and coordination for the Investment Services Team for all activities related to member service, data collection and reporting, processing paperwork and coordination of business development activities. Assist department manager with the oversight of referral process. Works to help leads flow to the appropriate resources in the department. Actively participates in financial planning and Investment Services team projects.
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours per week; Monday – Friday
What you’ll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the LPL Financial Advisor to ensure smooth daily operations
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Prepare account applications, transfer forms, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently
Assist in scheduling client meetings and managing calendars
Handle confidential client data with professionalism and accuracy
Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Maintain up-to-date client records and assist in compliance documentation
Support marketing and client engagement efforts, including follow-up communications
You’re Perfect For This Role If You Have:
FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63 or 66 licenses
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail
A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Previous financial services or investment-related experience preferred

Bay Federal Credit Union is proud to offer a competitive, robust compensation and benefits package. Bay Federal considers many factors in determining base pay such as experience, education/training, internal peer equity, job location, and other business considerations when extending an offer. For Santa Cruz, CA only, the pay scale Bay Federal reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.38- $36.73 per hour. Salaries are based on the geographic location in which you live if working remotely.

Paid time off is accrued per paycheck for eligible employees at a rate based on your tenure. Leaves of absences are available in adherence with state and federal regulations.
