LPN - Part-Time

The Lutheran Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare community. Guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, this role provides skilled, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, State Board of Nursing regulations, and Lutheran Home policies
• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, and support team development
• Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs

• Morning shifts (4 hours)
• Evening shifts (4 hours)
• Weekend day shifts (4 hours or longer)

• Current unrestricted LPN license in the State of Missouri
• CPR certification
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred
