Job Title: Luxury Cafe Supervisor
Starting Monthly Salary: QAR 3,750 plus company provided shared accommodation, transportation, and 1 duty meal
Job Summary: The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury cafe, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the brand's premium standard and adheres to Saudi Arabian hospitality and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure flawless, five-star guest service and memorable experiences reflective of the luxury brand.
- Supervise and train a diverse service team on protocols, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Manage daily opening/closing procedures and ensure immaculate cleanliness and organization.
- Oversee inventory management of premium goods, conduct stock takes, and minimize waste.
- Maintain strict quality control over all specialty coffees and gourmet food preparation and presentation.
- Handle and resolve all guest complaints and service recovery issues quickly and professionally.
- Monitor sales, implement revenue-boosting initiatives, and ensure daily targets are met.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws (e.g., Nitaqat) and local municipality regulations.
- Manage the proper operation and preventive maintenance of all high-end cafe equipment.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily shift reports, attendance records, and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Between 25 to 32 years old
- A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury cafe, or five-star hotel Food & Beverage (F&B) operation. Prior experience in the Riyadh/GCC market is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise and advanced knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory management software, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage for local communication.
