Job Summary:
The Luxury Hotel Reservations Agent is responsible for handling guest inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, sales-driven individual who can confidently communicate with guests, present luxury experiences, and maximize booking conversion across direct channels and OTAs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, email, calls, and OTA platforms

Actively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication

Present and upsell all experiences, packages, and add-ons

Follow up with potential guests to close sales

Maintain high response speed and professionalism at all times

Manage bookings and guest communication on Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda

Respond to OTA inquiries quickly and accurately

Ensure booking details, rates, and availability are correct

Clearly explain the luxury desert experience and unique selling points

Handle objections and build trust to encourage booking decisions

Manage guest expectations before arrival

Ensure a smooth and premium customer journey from inquiry to confirmation

Work closely with operations and on-ground teams

Communicate special requests, VIP bookings, and guest preferences

Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded

Track conversion rates and booking performance

Provide feedback on customer behavior and common objections

Support revenue growth through upselling and smart offers
Job Qualifications:

2–4 years experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or call center (tourism preferred)

Strong experience with Booking.com and Expedia

Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

Strong sales and persuasion skills
