Job Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Luxury Property Advisor to represent premium residential properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a polished real estate professional with a deep understanding of the luxury market, a strong network of high-net-worth clients, and the ability to deliver a bespoke, high-touch service experience. You will be responsible for managing exclusive listings, advising elite clientele, and closing high-value transactions with discretion and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell luxury residential properties including villas, penthouses, and branded residences
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and international buyers
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the luxury segment
- Conduct private property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain a portfolio of high-end listings with accurate, compelling marketing content
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns and generate qualified leads
- Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand your client base
- Deliver a personalized and seamless client experience from initial consultation through post-sale support
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium property market and developer offerings
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage
- Professional appearance and ability to engage with elite clientele
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- RERA or DMT certification preferred
