RESPONSIBILITIES
· Property Sourcing: Identify and acquire new properties for sale and rent.
· Portfolio Management: Maintain a portfolio of 15–20 properties on property portals each month.
· Flexibility: Be available to work beyond standard office hours as required.
· Utilize Resources: Leverage all company tools and resources to effectively market and promote properties for sale and rent.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain regular communication with clients, including property owners.
· CRM Updates: Keep all leads and properties updated daily in the CRM system.
· KPI Achievement: Consistently meet monthly company KPI targets, including commission goals.
· Market Knowledge: Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market regulations, market trends, accurate property pricing, and economic factors affecting the industry.
· Professional Representation: Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
· Drive for Success: Exhibit a strong desire and motivation to excel and achieve results.
