Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and driven Luxury Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client management, sales techniques, and the ability to build relationships with buyers and investors. You will represent Hogar Properties in presenting luxury real estate options, off-plan opportunities, and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new potential buyers through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Present and promote premium properties to clients.
• Conduct site visits, property tours, and virtual presentations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of developers, market trends, and new project launches.
• Negotiate and close deals professionally to meet monthly targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain repeat business.
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to support lead generation.
• Represent Hogar Properties professionally at events and client interactions.

Requirements

• 2-7 Experience in real estate, investment advisory, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and offer the best property solutions.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong negotiation abilities.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
