Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process. Key tasks include understanding client requirements, providing professional property consulting services, managing property listings, and assisting in negotiations. The Property Consultant will deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting, offering tailored guidance for clients to meet their real estate needs
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Strong Sales expertise, including negotiation and closing deals effectively
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market, processes, and regulations in the UAE
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment
• Fluency in Arabic and/or additional languages is an advantage
