We are looking for a sophisticated, driven, and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Agent – Luxury Properties to join our high‑performance team and represent some of the most prestigious real estate assets in the capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell luxury residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Assist high‑net‑worth clients with tailored consultations, private viewings, and investment guidance.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with affluent clients, developers, and partners.
- Deliver high‑quality presentations and market insights on luxury communities, pricing, and investment potential.
- Maintain a strong personal brand aligned with the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Attend VIP events, exhibitions, and private client meetings as a brand ambassador.
- Stay updated on luxury market trends, new launches, and premium investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury real estate, high‑end sales, or client advisory roles (UAE experience is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and a refined, client‑centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the UAE luxury property market or willingness to learn quickly.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish, etc.) are a significant advantage.
