Key Responsibilities

• Drive property sales in the off-plan and secondary markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on property investments, pricing, and market conditions.
• Negotiate effectively to close deals while ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Expand market presence by proactively identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Language Requirements

• English: Mandatory
• Additional languages preferred: German, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
