We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and results‑driven Luxury Property Sales Specialist to advise high‑net‑worth clients, represent prestigious communities, and close premium‑value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent luxury ready and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities
• Conduct curated high‑end property tours, lifestyle briefings, and investment presentations
• Build and maintain a portfolio of VIP buyers, UHNW individuals, and long‑term investors
• Deliver bespoke advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
• Provide tailored recommendations based on lifestyle, investment goals, and community insights
• Negotiate high‑value offers with professionalism, discretion, and strong market knowledge
• Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional etiquette, presentation, and brand alignment

Requirements

• Experience in luxury real estate, premium sales, brokerage, or high‑value client‑facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work confidently with discerning clients and UHNW individuals
• Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities and major developers is preferred
