We are seeking a polished, ambitious, and results‑driven Luxury Property Sales Specialist to represent Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive communities and deliver a refined, investment‑focused experience to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage luxury property inquiries and conduct private, curated viewings
  • Represent premium and ultra‑luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities (Saadiyat, Yas Island, Al Reem, Al Raha, etc.)
  • Deliver tailored lifestyle presentations, investment consultations, and community insights
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
  • Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and luxury market trends
  • Negotiate high‑value transactions with precision, professionalism, and discretion
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional etiquette, communication, and brand alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate, premium property sales, or high‑ticket client‑facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work with discerning clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities is preferred
