Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, polished, and client-focused Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate has a passion for high-end property, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with UHNW and HNW clients. You will represent some of the most prestigious developments in the capital and guide clients through the full sales and investment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote luxury residential properties and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers, investors, and sellers.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and market expertise.
  • Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing strategies, and investment advice.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Manage leads efficiently using CRM tools and follow-up systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and regulatory changes in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (luxury market experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident presentation style.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
