Role Overview
The Mandarin‑Speaking Luxury Property Consultant will focus on serving high‑net‑worth Chinese clients seeking premium properties in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a polished, client‑centric professional who can deliver exceptional service, build long‑term relationships, and close high‑value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and support Mandarin‑speaking clients throughout the property buying journey.
- Present luxury properties, conduct viewings, and deliver tailored investment advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and investors.
- Develop a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market, including new launches and exclusive projects.
- Negotiate offers and close high‑value deals with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed client records and manage leads through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the luxury segment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in real estate sales, luxury sales, or working with high‑net‑worth clients (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and a high level of client etiquette.
- Ability to understand and address the needs of Chinese investors.
- Self‑driven, ambitious, and target‑oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage.
