Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling bespoke luxury travel experiences and leading a team of luxury travel advisors. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional client service and team management skills, capable of delivering world-class, personalized travel solutions to high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote luxury travel packages, bespoke experiences, and exclusive services to high-net-worth clients.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of luxury travel advisors to ensure consistent service excellence and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, delivering white-glove service and ensuring every detail of their travel experience exceeds expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships within the luxury travel and lifestyle sector.
  • Craft and curate bespoke travel itineraries based on a deep understanding of client preferences, tastes, and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive experiences to continually enhance offerings.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and business development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, partnerships) to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses to support strategic planning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel sales, concierge services, or a similar high-end client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients and UHNWIs.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Deep knowledge of global luxury travel destinations, five-star accommodations, private aviation, yachting, and exclusive lifestyle experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client requests simultaneously under pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional, customized travel experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
