LVT,SPC /Carpet installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), SPC (Stone Plastic Composite), and Carpet Installer to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing surfaces, cutting and fitting various flooring materials, and installing them to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of flooring including:
• LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)
• SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring
• Carpet tiles and rolls
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces as needed.
• Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit around walls, corners, and fixtures.
• Apply adhesives or underlayments according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure precise alignment, pattern matching, and tight joints.
• Operate tools and equipment such as floor cutters, seam rollers, and knee kickers.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and alignment with project specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, project engineers, and other trades on site.
• Remove existing flooring and dispose of materials safely if required.
• Perform finishing touches, trimming, and cleaning to deliver a polished result.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in flooring installation: LVT, SPC, and carpet (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tools, adhesives, and materials used in flooring installation.
• Ability to read floor plans and follow installation drawings/specifications.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours on your feet.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
