M3 Solution Architect / Project Coordinator

Lead solution architecture and provide project coordination for Infor M3 implementations

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess requirements and design optimal solutions.
• Apply Infor implementation methodologies to ensure consistent and effective project deliver
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and process alignment with customers.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, presentations, and training materials
• Support pre-sales and engagement activities with customer-centric approaches
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage risks, timelines, and resources to achieve project milestones.

Experience & Skills:

• 5 7 years of experience in the equipment manufacturing industry with multiple Infor M3 implementation cycles
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Infor M3 solutions
• Proven experience in solution assessment, requirements gathering, and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Familiarity with Infor implementation methodologies
• Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
