Maintenance and Production manager

Minimum Desired Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (Production or Industry).

Experience and skills Required:

Basic level of English proficiency”

Knowledge of production management approaches

Understanding quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.

Constant follow-up of daily work

Good leadership, direction, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Tasks Description:

Planning, organising, directing and controlling production employees and workers and fully supervising the inputs and outputs of the production process

Full responsibility for the production team, coordinating among them, and arranging them

to carry out their duties to the fullest extent

“Working to develop and implement production plans in coordination with the sales department and follow up on the implementation of these plans

Production for the cup line and line 3 is not less than 90%

Line 4 Sacmi production capacity is not less than 94%

Line 5 krones, production capacity is not less than 92%

Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials to achieve good returns.”

Maintaining lines and equipment by performing regular and preventive maintenance

“Maintaining the work environment and the necessary quality in everything from the general cleanliness of the place and people to the end of a product of the highest quality standards

Disposal of surplus production capacity

"Technical and administrative supervision of subordinates, following up on the evaluation

of their performance and achievements, and reviewing proposals for training programs
