Job Summary:
The Community & Client Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by delivering top-tier influencer marketing services. This role oversees the operations and community teams, manages client expectations, develops strategies to exceed targets, and strengthens relationships with clients and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-notch influencer campaigns aligned with their goals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current and previous clients through regular communication and trust-building initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute client-specific plans and strategies, including a yearly calendar of activities and recommendations.
- Meetings & Updates: Conduct ongoing weekly meetings with clients to review progress, provide updates, and propose innovative solutions.
Team Management:
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the operations and community teams to achieve KPIs and develop their skills.
- Shift Oversight: Organize and manage a 24/7 operational schedule, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team KPIs, provide feedback, and create tailored development plans to improve efficiency and performance.
Campaign Oversight:
- Execution Excellence: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Influencer Management: Handle relationships with influencers, ensuring they align with campaign requirements and brand values.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track the performance of campaigns, provide detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Support:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Closing Deals: Assist in finalizing agreements and upselling services to existing clients by identifying additional opportunities.
Operations:
- Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments, including sales, marketing, and client success teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in operations and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and campaign success metrics.
Strategy & Growth:
- Market Insights: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends to ensure Grand Community remains a market leader.
- Innovation: Propose new initiatives to enhance services, attract clients, and improve operational workflows.
- Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, community management, or a related role.
· Fluent in English.
· Possession of a car with a valid driving license.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
