Job Summary:


To coordinate and follow up on preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for facilities, ensuring timely execution in accordance with approved plans and schedules. The role focuses on effective coordination, documentation, and utilization of the CAFM system to support operational continuity and asset efficiency.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Coordinate and schedule preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities in line with approved maintenance plans.
  • Receive maintenance requests, log and prioritize faults, and track work orders through the CAFM system until closure.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Follow up on emergency maintenance activities to ensure minimum disruption to operations.
  • Utilize the CAFM system to manage work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and update maintenance records.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset data, maintenance logs, and fault records within the CAFM system.
  • Act as the main point of contact between facilities management, maintenance teams, contractors, and end users.
  • Monitor progress of maintenance activities and escalate critical issues or delays to the maintenance supervisor or line manager.
  • Ensure maintenance work is completed in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to identify required spare parts and materials.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager within the scope of maintenance coordination.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance coordination.
