Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across our facilities/properties. The ideal candidate will schedule repairs, manage technicians and contractors, and ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities and work orders
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Liaise with technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs
  • Maintain maintenance logs and service records
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Respond to emergency repair requests
  • Prepare maintenance reports for management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or facility management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage vendors and service contracts
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or real estate sector
  • Technical diploma or relevant certification
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems
