Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center is a seeking a skilled and proactive to lead our maintenance team in Humboldt, TN. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facility upkeep, safety, and compliance, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This is a full time, day-shift position.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision preferably in long term care
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general repair work
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations

Job Responsibilities may include:
- Manage and oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and repairs
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff within department
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Plan and execute capital improvement projects and renovations as needed
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory of supplies, and equipment logs
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations within facility
- Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement facility policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety of the facility
