Maintenance Electrician

• Responsible for the general upkeep of a building's electrical system. Inspect the premises regularly, and conduct routine, periodical and preventive maintenance in cost effective manner.
• Responsible for maintenance and uninterrupted running of ETP
• Responsible for maintenance of Generator and ensuring uninterrupted service
• Responsible for the operation of water treatment plant
• Responsible for timely rectification all electrical and plumbing work
• Coordinating and rectifying major maintenance defect ( Electrical and Plumbing) with the help of external source within in the time frame and cost effective
• Obtaining license for various properties and machineries and periodical renewals. Coordinating and conducting periodical statutory inspections

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
