We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance to oversee and support the day-to-day maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will not only bring strong technical know-how but also proven leadership skills to guide a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability

This role also requires strong vendor management and procurement skills, including handling quotations, materials, and contracts with suppliers and contractors

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians across multiple disciplines.
• Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC equipment, and other facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage work orders, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts; coordinate procurement when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source materials, arrange quotations, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair or installation work.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Good knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance needs outside of regular hours.
