We are now seeking a Maintenance Engineer with specialized expertise in fire alarm and fire fighting systems to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of fire protection equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure system reliability.
• Provide technical support during emergency situations and fire drills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in maintenance of fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and safety regulations.
• Hands-on experience with fire alarm panels, sprinklers, pumps, extinguishers, and suppression systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must have a valid QID and NOC

Preferred Skills

• Certification in fire alarm/fire fighting systems (e.g., NFPA, Civil Defense-approved).
• Experience in facility management or large-scale industrial/commercial projects.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
