Maintenance Engineer (MEP)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Engineer (MEP) at K4 Technical Services in Dubai.

• As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.
• You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of MEP systems.
• Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Should have 2 years of UAE Experience in a Facility Management Company
• Prior experience in building maintenance, specifically in MEP systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in MEP systems
• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Relevant certifications and licenses in MEP systems and building maintenance are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
