Maintenance Engineer(Upvc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
• Monitor and control inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff or technicians when required.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance (mechanical/electrical) in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
