Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate effective resolutions
Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems
Maintain accurate maintenance records, cost tracking, and inventory
Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance concerns professionally
Supervise renovation, repair, and upgrade projects ensuring quality and timely completion
Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental standards
