Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for necessary supplies and spare parts.
- Manage maintenance budgets and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager or similar role (typically 5–8 years).
- Strong knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance best practices.
- Working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
