Maintenance Manager

Position : Maintenance Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and ensure the smooth operation of our textile showroom in Chennai. The role involves managing electrical, mechanical, AC, and facility-related maintenance, ensuring safety, hygiene, and uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance of showroom facilities (electrical, plumbing, AC, lifts, generators, fire safety).
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely repairs.
• Monitor housekeeping, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Lead and train the maintenance team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in facility/maintenance management (retail/showroom experience is an advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills.

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience) + incentives
