What makes the role meaty?

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other departments for maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Manage inventories of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Provide training and development for maintenance staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Analyze and report on maintenance performance metrics.
• Participate in strategic planning for facility upgrades.
• Establish and enforce maintenance policies and procedures.

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Manage inventories of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Experience in Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
