A leading FMCG company with a strong nationwide footprint of over 150 branches and 5 main distribution warehouses is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize its maintenance operations across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for all branches and warehouses.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and facilities).
- Ensure maximum asset availability and minimize operational downtime.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report to senior management.
- Support business expansion, new store openings, and warehouse projects from a maintenance readiness perspective.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering).
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in FMCG, Retail, or multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of asset management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- English proficiency is required.
