To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to be:

• Responsible for leading all maintenance activities.

• Ensures that all utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.

• Implement method to improve productivity capabilities and solve operation problems.

• Maintains preventive maintenance program, HVAC and facility infrastructure.

• Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations and inspects completed work for conformance to specifications.

• Administer preventive maintenance programs, emergency repair of production equipment, and support facilities and production equipment changeover.

• Provide leadership essential to maintaining safety as a fundamental priority in department-based activities.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Plant Manager.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in a plant utilities environment or equivalent experience, and two (2) years of management experience.
• Detailed knowledge of electrical, HVAC, pipe fitting, machine repair and assembly welding.
