Hiring: Plant Manager –Oil Recycling Refinery | Qatar

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead our Lubricant Oil Recycling Refinery operations in Qatar.

Position: Plant Manager

Industry: Oil Recycling Refinery

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall refinery operations, production, and maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Monitor plant performance, efficiency, and cost control

Lead and manage production, maintenance, and technical teams

Implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

Coordinate with management on budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in refinery operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of oil recycling processes, and refinery standards

GCC experience preferred
